Attention AAC clinicians:

 

As you know, there are changes occurring to Medicare coverage of SGDs. The AAC community was asked to present user data to justify our requests for maintaining SGD coverage as it currently stands. So we developed an SGD use survey. We strongly urge you to spend 5-10 minutes completing this survey, providing information about SGD acquisition, use, health care history for an adult client who has received an SGD. We hope to compile the data by April 15^th, so we request your immediate action. Please share the survey with other SLPs who may wish to help. You can find the survey at: http://tinyurl.com/l5jgavm
