If you find a standard headset that you like, you can use a usb audio adapter. I have used this one in the past with good results:

We are looking to purchase a high quality USB headset microphone for our loan closet.  This microphone will be used short-term for people who wish to make voice recordings for Model-talker or similar program.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good yet durable and affordable high quality digital USB headset mic?

Thanks in advance for your help.
