Hello -

I'm wondering if anybody has any recommendations to help with a postural supportive brace for a pALS with significant fwd flexed posture? We have a new patient in our clinic with significant postural deviation due to lumbar paraspinal weakness, plus weakness/denervation throughout limbs (mild at this point). Very atypical presentation with the trunk weakness and we are not sure what to recommend. He is able to straighten up with UE support but unable to sustain and looking for brace recommendations.

Thoughts?
