While locked, this device was still shipped by 4/1. Hopefully, the wi-fi is still enabled in the post 4/1 devices.

One of my Russian patients uses "talking translator" .  I downloaded it and it seems to do the trick.  He was telling me I needed some other app to make it a complete solution and when I see him again I will ask.  I think the second part might have provided prediction but I can't remember.  Please let us know your end solution!

 I am looking for a Russiona speaking App with Word Prediction... Besdies Speak It ( no word prediction) I have not come up with anything.  The only solution I can think of is to get a Surface Pro or similar system running Windows 8 adn then run the full veriosn of The Grid.  I don't think that the app GridPlayer supports Russian.  HOping someone has a solution for IOS 7 (iPad)...

For text based I like Predictable if the patient needs or may need alternative access on an Android. TBox  also has an app that allows for dwell select outside of the predictable app called MouseTrack. 

A free app is Type and Speak. It does not provide good access with scanning or dwell select but it's a good free app for people with strong hands for typing.
