Does anyone have a working ERICA system with LifeMate? I have a pALS in a SNF whose system has stopped working. One of my tech guys swapped out the hard drive, but a password is needed to get into LifeMate and the pALS does not have it. Dynavox is no longer providing any support.

This pALS is in desperate and immediate need of a system. I can offer him a loaner of a different system, but he has been using the ERICA for a long time. Recently, some significant psychological issues have arisen that require him to be able to discuss some very difficult topics at length. I would really prefer to not make him learn a new system at this very critical juncture, and he has stated that he prefers that as well.

If anyone has an ERICA they are willing to part with, we will gladly pay for shipping.
