I know this group primarily focuses on PALS but you all are so tech savvy, I thought I’d ask about my pt with MS.

I have a veteran with MS who wants computer access to play games on this website: https://www.abovems.com/en_us/home/ms-wellness/brain-games.html

He has significant hand tremors and needs a hands free access method. His physician suggested a voice activated mouse. His wife has an android smartphone so she is familiar with Android OS. He is familiar with Windows OS. They need a tablet or laptop computer along with the voice activated mouse. His voice is strong and he doesn’t c/o vocal fatigue. His speech is 90% intelligible but does deteriorate mildly by late afternoon.  I’m not familiar with voice activated computer mice.  Does anyone have a recommendation? I had though about a gyroscopic mouse but he has widespread body pain and doesn’t believe he would utilize this type of access method.
