My plan is to mostly direct this Facebook page to people with ALS and their families along with interested allied healthcare professionals. This listserv is restricted to healthcare professionals only so my goal on FB is to include our families in disseminating AT information that can improve their quality of life.
No need to over extend yourself!!! We all have to do use the tools we can handle. I will still use this listserv for professional topics of interest.
If anyone on this listserv has a blog, website, or other AT information you would like PALS and their families to know about, privately email me and I will include this info on the ALS FB page. The more tools our families have, the better empowered they are!
I hope everyone is staying safe and well.
Alisa

Hi Alisa,
Thank you for all the hard work you do including putting together this Facebook page. How will this be different than the ideas and discussion we already have on this listserv? I feel spread thin and I would rather not have one more place I need to check for info when it could all be concentrated here in our listserv. I think this listserv fulfills the purpose but maybe I am missing something. I have loved just having our group information come through this one spigot rather than trying to play wack-a-mole. Maybe I just need another cup of coffee.
Sincerely,
