I received the following email from a PALS looking for assistance.  I asked if I could share with the group and he agreed.  He’d appreciate any ideas folks have.

Thanks,

I type and navigate online using an onscreen keyboard, moving a mouse with my right hand, and tapping my laptop's mouse buttons with a knuckle on my left hand. I need an inexpensive alternative to using the mouse buttons on the laptop (at least a left click; right click option would be a bonus). I'd prefer some kind of switch(es).  It would need to be compatible with Windows 7 and Google Chrome.

Holding the mouse can also be difficult at times and my speech is too unclear for voice recognition.

Here is how I currently type: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FETEocqc4c .  Any suggestions?
