One of my iPad users has discovered a translation app which allows him to speak to his brother-in-law from Spain who does not speak English.  They have whole conversations back and forth with each of them typing in his native language and the translator converts to the other language.

I believe there are a number to choose from, but if anyone would like the name of the specific one he uses, I can find out…

Just a different approach and perhaps more readily available than finding a TTS in Spanish.

Have a good day.

Subject: iPad App in Spanish

Hi-

I was corresponding with someone who is going to visit their mother in Venezuela (their mother has ALS).

She is looking for a Spanish AAC App for the iPad.

Has anyone been working with one that they like?

(Or, any Spanish TTS that will work with a communication app?

Thanks!

Margaret
