Anyone had an idea what could be wrong?  I think she missed a step or didn’t program something correctly but I don’t know what.

>>While trying out some AAC programs using the iPad as a switch and setting it on auto-scan, something has gone wrong. I can't get it to stop scanning. Triple click the home button doesn't work, though I thought I checked that option. And it won't auto-scan to the switch control page, as that requires moving the page up, and I can't do that without activating the screen as a switch. Any advice?
