The RC200 has been discontinued.  I always had great use of it when I ran out loan closet in NY.

The replacement item is the Fortissimo:

- Be aware the the pendant is a separate part and purchased in addition to the phone.

The product you have links to is actually a rebranded Vocally voice dialer.  I have not had any hands on experience, but if you do a google search, you can find some reviews.  I do try to stay away from voice activated products for PALS for obvious reasons, but I know there are PALS where this would be a good option.

For cell phones, if someone has an iPhone or Android phone, then the voice activation on those phones would work well for those who still have use of their voice.  Or, another option would be something like the No Button Handset, which is a modified blue ant headset.

If the PALS does not have voice control, then you are better served to look at an online TTY or other option.

I have recommended Pinger to a couple clients that want texting capabilities from their computer.

Those are my thoughts.

Does anyone have an information sheet about hands-free telephone options that they would be willing to send to me?

I am looking for options on cell phones as well as options for “land-lines”.

I am only familiar with the RC Dialogue 100 and 200 options that have been reliable in the past for landlines, but are much more difficult to locate at an affordable rate.

Our State Assistive Technology Program has not been easy to work with.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,
