I’ve actually worn a pair of these glasses our OT made. Of course I do not have MND but I was able to still blink while wearing the glasses. Was odd to get used to at first but they grew on me. It gave just enough
opening that it would work with eye gaze.

I would urge caution. There is a risk of corneal ulceration with inadequate lubrication.
