Subject: New Assistive Technology

Hello Alisa,

My name is Ussama Alderhalli and I am a student at the University of Toronto. I read some of your articles and believe you might be interested in a new technology that can help seniors and people who are affected with diseases that hinder their mobility.

As an introduction I am currently an intern at a startup, BreqLabs, and our product is a glove designed to revolutionise the way we interact with our devices. Our technology is very accurate compared to the competition in terms of filtering out what we call "noise movements" such as unstable hand movement. This is why we believe our product can be very useful in the health and wellness sector. As a starting point, our glove can be used to substitute for the mouse and clicking on a computer, however, the possibilities are endless.

Feel free to visit our website http://breqlabsinc.com/index.html and watch this video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoWFd6PIq9s. PLease note that the video depicts an early prototype and is NOT our final product, but it gives you an idea of how it can work.

If this is a technology you think is useful and feel like you can help us better understand the market you can contact me through phone or email.

Sincerely,

Ussama Alderhalli
