If you also want symbols   as well then SonoFlex and SonoFlex lite have an alphabetical keyboard (but no QWERTY).  Also Tap Choice just had an update and now has fully customizable and scannable keyboards or create your own . You can add any button to a keyboard and change a key’s image and text in the Keyboard library. Text and buttons can be combined.  However symbols may not be appropriate or need to be changed for an adult population.
