As with any device there are some pros and cons.  The camera does not allow for any extraneous head movement.  But, depending on the user, this may not be an issue.

LC Tech has many adjustments for unusual situations such as odd pupil size, droopy eyelids, and other adjustments that has allowed some users to access eye gaze that could not calibrate other machines.

The best would be if your user could try multiple devices and see which system "sees" him the best, as well as suits his technology needs.
