Alisa, I reached out to 2 personal friends; both professional photographers about this.  See their replies directly below here; if I receive further information I will forward it.  Hope this helps.  Thanks.

Linda, the only camera I can think of off the top of my head that is very small and can be pre-set is the GoPro, but it could be too small. It could be on a neck strap. I will check with other pro photographers.

He may be able to use one with a remote ?? I would contact ProCam in Livonia, MI; www.procam.com.

Sorry for the cross posting if any of you are on the RESNA forum.

Hoping someone on this listserv can offer guidance as this is not a familiar area for me.

Thanks in advance.

>>>>I am the director of operations for a non profit wish fulfilling charity located in Temecula, Ca. I am in emailing you in hopes that you can help/direct me find a camera for our beneficiary who was recently diagnosed with ALS.He was a wedding photographer but has since given up his career in order to prolong the muscles in his hands. You may have actually heard of him...his name is Anthony Carbajal and he has become well known in the ALS community for challenging Ellen DeGeneres to the ice bucket challenge last year and also for his raw video about his families struggle with ALS.

Our charity fulfills wishes for individuals with life threatening illness or disabilities. One of the items on Anthony's wish list was a camera that he would be able to use once he is not able to use his hands. Any assistance would be amazing! We will be presenting Anthony with his wishes on Feb. 7.

Thank you! <<<<
