Hello all
I need to interface an alerting system (PA-1 from Medlabs) with with piezo switch.  This will require the use of a latch timer due to the short pulse of the piezo switch. 
 
Before I re-invent the wheel, has anyone use a sensor type switch with this alarm and/or have any suggestions for me?
 
Apparently I will need the Piezo switch with power control module
1/8" to 1/4" mono connector
latching timer (Adaptations)
PA-1 alarm
 
The pt has almost lost all head movement, is on a nasal mask; speech and oral control pretty good; strong ability to produce a cheek retraction upon which I plan to tape the sensor.  This will be mainly for night time use.
