We rate the patients according to the NOMS, generally speech, voice, and swallowing – at times – AAC -  after we do our assessment.

I am wondering if any of the therapists on this list may be able to share with me your outcome measurement tools you use in ALS or MDA clinic. Any scales or patient/caregiver self-evaluation tools would work as well. Anything pertaining to speech, swallowing or cognition targeted towards our neuromuscular population.
