Does the FB page work only within Communicator, or can it be used in any Windows environment?

The same thing happened with Skype not allowing a third party software (in this case a third-party software Sono key/Tobii communicator) to access The dad I need it to make the application work using the third-party software. Skype is no longer a problem if you have a new device they have created a page that that will work.
