Hi Erin
I appreciate I am in the UK but here are my thoughts:
1.
I really love the Monacor voice amp- it is not expensive and really good quality:

2.
For computer access without dysarthria, I would first try voice dictation software e.g. Dragon?this may be easier for the person than eye gaze initially.
Kind regards
Helen

Hello all,
What is your favorite voice amplifier?
What are you recommendations for easiest computer access for patient without dysarthria and no upper or lower motor control. Eye gaze attachment with home computer?
