My dad has ALS and he can barely move his arms and one finger.  In order to give him some independence, I have been looking for either a voice activated universal remote control or tv with such capabilities.  To date, the only ones I have found require a button to be pushed to activate.  This will not work for him since he currently only has movement in one finger and that probably won't last much longer.  Is there any product you can recommend?

Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.
