Hi, I'm a Speech Pathologist in High Point that is working with someone with ALS.  I'm having a difficult time finding an appropriate communication device for him as he's not able to use his hands, is dyslexic so has difficulty spelling, and gets very frustrated when using an eye gaze/ head movement type of device.  He saw in an ALS newsletter something called The Talker but I can't find it.  He says the device amplified and clarified your speech as you spoke into it.  I found something called the Speech Enhancer but no one has returned my calls or emails.
