Anyone know of any charitable organizations that would donate a used smartphone to a person with ALS?

I am looking specifically for one that would be compatible with Tobii I-series - so unfortunately our options are somewhat limited:

·       Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300)

·       Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500)

·       Nexus 5

·       Samsung Galaxy S5 Active SM-G870A

·       Samsung Note 4 SM-N910T
