I have used this a lot- it works well. The only issue is that the contacts of the names on the Lightwriter come up quite small so it is difficult for anyone with visual impairment. It sounds out a little bell when a person receives a text also which is nice.

In terms of phone use, the SL40 connect is a great device and really allows time for a face to face phone call, whilst keeping the listener informed of what is happening,
