Hi Lisa, do you mean the Alexa for Amazon Echo? I've been experimenting with it for control of music as well as the lights in my house (when integrated with the Phillips Hue Light system). I'll be putting together a complete report but to date it has worked well for voice control of turning on and selecting music from my Prime Amazon account as well as from Pandora (I had to link it to my pandora account). ALSO, Alexa responds to Acapela voices when produced with my iPad, although I'd the music is already playing it is hard from Alexa unless the iPad is very near by.
