Are there any dedicated keyboard-based text-to-speech apps for Android (MS Surface Tablet) users that are compatible with the PCEyeGo module? The best I can come up with is one app for generating a text document that would then have to be merged with something like etriloquist to get it to be spoken aloud. Can't locate anything like the Proloquo2Go keyboard for Android ...
