As far as I know (and I'm perfectly happy to be proven wrong) there is no practical option for eye gaze with android.
You should be able to use Windows on screen keyboard or something like click and type (depending on operating system) to type into etriloquist?

Subject: Question about Tobii PC EYe
Are there any dedicated keyboard-based text-to-speech apps for Android (MS Surface Tablet) users that are compatible with the PCEyeGo module? The best I can come up with is one app for generating a text document that would then have to
be merged with something like etriloquist to get it to be spoken aloud. Can't locate anything like the Proloquo2Go keyboard for Android ...
Thanks for any suggestions!!
