I wanted to post a quick update.  "Message Banking" is now a free Windows app rather than the website MessageBanking.com.  Using the Message Banking app is even simpler  and faster since we eliminated the pesky browsers which could take too long to store messages or shot up "give permission to record" pop-ups.   I can now say my goal of providing pALS with a very simple and free process for Message Banking is fully realized.  That's not to say that I and the folks at CleverMonkey Development are not always excited to hear you suggestions for how we can make it better.

Also, I wanted to give you a link to an article I posted at AmyandpALS on Message and Voice Banking.  It explains what they are and provides links to sites and apps that provide the tools to do both for free. 

The article also includes a wonderfully inspiring video on Message Banking from a piece done by Al Jazeera, featuring John Costello, PhD, CCC-SLP and football star O.J. Brigance.  In addition, a downloadable PDF handout is included to share with patients, support groups, and other professionals.
