I know of a single switch scanning drive system, but have been told it is very difficult to use and set up etc.  Never actually seen it in operation. 

 

Theoretically, one could use an eye blink switch with that.  Of course I don’t think I need to expound to this list the difficulty of operating, attaining and maintaining positioning of an eye blink switch.  That is a whole separate issue with no particularly easy answer….

 

SO short answer is I have heard of it.  Also short answer is I have never seen it and have significant reservations about even trying it…
