Subject: Vision and Eyetrackers
Hello again,
Looking for any literature from experts specifically on vision issues and eyetracking use. In my region we mainly have Tobiidynavox's floating everywhere, so I guess I'm more interested on that eyegaze technology.
I'm interested in reading something up-to-date specifically from probably Optometrists/ophthalmologist's that provide a sort of care model for eye issues & eye tracking such as: dry eyes, age-related (glaucoma, macular degeneration), nystagmus,
eye-drop, glasses, etc.
I understand the basics of ideal usage: single focal lens, computer glasses, etc. but looking for something more comprehensive to go by to not just educate clients having issues but something for their healthcare providers.
Any contact information would also be helpful. I just had a client that has had eye issues for years get some awesome eye work done and he can now use an eyetracking machine...one thing they did was give him gel contact lens.
