Thanks - this is very helpful re internet access needed (probably fast and stable) to run the device. NeuroSwitch was Mac OS specific; wondering if this is as well. I haven't seen this individual in a few years and my understanding is that he is essentially locked in; was using an eye gaze interface but can do so no longer. I don't think switch access in any form will work for him but his family is quite persistent.
