HI Amy, you can check out my company's app CoughDrop (mycoughdrop.com), it runs on both Android & iOS. You can record/upload audio or use the TTS engine. We have some keyboard and phrase-based templates, and we're actually working right now on a message banking tool that I'm pretty proud of, to make that process easier. $6/month or $200 one-time purchase.
