AMDI sells a piezo switch http://amdi.net/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=167 which I think fills the same requirements.

I have a couple of patients that are currently using a P switch along with their communication devices.  As you know, they are no longer available.  I am reaching out to this list to see if anyone would have a couple available that you could send our way.  Both patients are worried that they are going to break and would like a backup for if and when that happens.
