A multitude of options. Consider eyegaze, head mouse other alternative mouse and switch. A winslate with Grid 3, tobii dynavox PRC and others will do all of the above. I would have them contact local distributors
and vendors who can probably support coming in for an eval, or contact local AAC clinics in North CA?

What are good text to speech options (if any) for a patient with advanced Parkinson’s and limited hand function. I realize this is a bit vague, a neurologist I work with is asking me for his aunt. I’d have her come to me but she lives in
