I'm in charge of the National Israeli Lending Centre and we serve , free of charge, the AAC users around Israel in need of SGD's. We have lots of applications coming from ALS patients and their families. Depending on motor condition, we usually lend a platform consists of a laptop, TTS in Hebrew, and VDK.
