Hello all,
We have a PALS here at clinic today relating
problems with his P-10. According to PALS and his wife, Tobii has
stated
that this is not a problem they have had with their devices and company can
not
solve issue right now. So, I am looking to the listserv to see if any
of
you have heard of these issues happening.
1. IR issues. Family can't use
their
own remote without covering the Tobii with a blanket. The IR are
intereferring with each other and now the PALS can't use the IR
feature at
all in the Tobii.
2. Cell phone. PALS was told any cell
phone
could be adapted into the Tobii but this has proven not true. PALS
now has
a phone that is compatible with Tobii but can't initiate a text
message.
He can respond, but not initiate.
Any help will be appreciated.
