Sorry, I keep sending emails and forgetting that I have one more thing.  (and sending them without spell checking.  Sorry for previous misspellings in earlier emails....I have not had enough coffee)

 

I am hoping to compile any feedback into a document which I will forward to the National ALS office so they can keep it on file when they get inquires from PALS.
