I wanted to let everyone
know
of two free assistive technology calls being offered by the National ALS
Association this month. Please disseminate to anyone that you know
that
may be interested.
Thanks,

Log
On Tips
·
Do
not reuse old links. Every
call has
its own specific link.
·
Sometimes
it takes a few moments for WebEx to load, until it does so, you might see a
white screen with The Association’s logo or a blank screen that says,
“Meeting
in Progress.” No
worries, you’re in
the right place.
·
Log-on
to the website FIRST.
·
Don’t
use the call-in phone number. At log-in, the site will ask you
for a
call back number. Enter the direct line where you want to take
the
call. Within 30-60 seconds,
WebEx
will call your phone directly. Sometimes there are several seconds
of
silence after you answer and before you are put into the
conference.
·
Don’t
forget to hit the # sign after entering the meeting number or your attendee
ID. This will ensure that your
name
and voice are linked in the participant list (rather than your being listed
only
as “User 01”).
