I wanted to share a resource for the Suction Toothbrush with this
listserv because it is very useful but ridiculously difficult to
find. The suction toothbrush is an attachment that PALS can buy for
their suction machine that removes secretions and foam laden with
bacteria while patients are brushing their teeth. No RX required and
they cost 6.95 each. We have started keeping them at the clinic for
our patients and they are flying out of here. Most PALS who
use a suction machine benefit from this and for some it becomes the only
way they can tolerate tooth brushing. Have a
look.
