For remote support for eye-gaze and other windows based systems that allow access to applications, please see http://www.crossloop.com/.

This application allows remote access and control of a Windows PC for free.  Registration is not required.  When application starts, select skip and you are provided access or share options.  Both host and terminal computers need Crossloop installed.

It’s free and simple to setup.

Subject: [Assistive Technology] ECO with Skype

Has anyone had success using an PRC ECO-14 with Skype?

When attempting to make a call, both the ECO software and Skype appear to move sluggish and eventually lock-up.  It worked okay with using an Internet relay service, such as i711.com.

Thanks and look forward to hearing any reviews of the new ECO-Point.
