Hi,
You can do a google search for the GEWA page turner.  I do not have recent experience with page turners but have heard this one is one of the best.  Expensive though!  A less expensive option is reading on the computer which she can control through alternative access.  Another option is using a headpointer with a rubber tip to turn pages.  If none of these suggestions work, please write out more details about your client so people on the list can provide more suggestions.
