I’ve played around  with it on the iPhone and it is a different feel.  One of the problems on the iPhone app is your finger is in the way of seeing the letters. Not a problem with the eye gaze.  I’ve seen it used with a mouse to get a feel for it and to demonstrate the potential of the software.  Practice I think is the key.
