Hi Lisa,

 

Has the device been upgraded to version 1.06 of the Series 5 software?  I don’t know about Uverse, but I had a lot of trouble with the controls for certain cable and satellite providers before Dynavox released 1.06.  They seem to have fixed those problems (at least for some providers) in the new version.
