Hello guys,

I have a patient in a nursing home that has been using a 3100 for six years.  The report I am getting is that he wants to enter longer messages, but the system only allows messages of a certain length.

I don’t want to change his device if I don’t have to.  I am not that familiar with the 3100.  I know that there are messages and there are files.  I am not sure how he is saving what he wants to say.

Is there a limit to the length of a file or a message?  Any info is appreciated.

Thanks,
