Subject: [Assistive Technology] Contest to name website- Low Tech AAC for People with ALS

Hi All- (please excuse the cross-posting)

I’m in the process of putting together a website on Low Tech Communication for People with ALS. The website is going to consist of two parts:

1.       An informational portion (including videos, instructions for making laser pointers, downloadable communication boards, tips on assessment, etc.)
2.       The other portion of the website will be an online store, selling communication boards, adapted laser pointers, pre-made loc-line mounts, etc.

I’m having a contest to help me name my business.  Winner gets a $50 gift certificate to the store of their choice (Peet’s, Starbucks, iTunes, etc.)
(I think the informational part of the website is going to be  “LowTech-for-ALS.com”, and the store will have a different name and URL)
Some ideas I want to convey-

Human
Communication
Connection
Simple
Easy
Interdependent
Interconnected

Any and all ideas appreciated! Please send me your ideas off the list…
