Behalf Of Ann Hoffmann Hi
Erin, Many AAC Companies such as Tobii,
Dynavox, PRC, etc... will make the repair of PALS a priority once it is
identified. I would suggest contacting the rep. and seeing if they
can
have the Sales Manager contact that dept. to accelerate the repair. The
only
other glitch I can see is if it is held up through funding. Any other
information I am missing? Our reps have also helped us in a pinch and
loaned a device for 4-6 days while a repairs is taking place. Would this be
an
option? Ann Hoffmann| The ALS

curiosity, why is it taking so long for her to get her LightWriter fixed?
Is
Tobii doing it? It shouldn’t take any more than 3 weeks at the
most. Margaret
