switch,
but do not know if it would work on a laptop.
Never heard of anyone turning on a
computer with X-10. You can probably work it to turn it off, but it
would
just cut the power immediately, (not very good for
computer.) Would be helpful for some more
background info
on the application. Is it a situation where they cannot just leave
