Hi Erin,

Yesterday I shipped the SL 40 Lightwriter to Juanita Brummell. Inside the box is loan agreement form for them to fill out and a return envelope included. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Please find attached a copy of our library loan agreement.

Sincerely,

Aside from the MDA loaner closet (here in California) does anyone have a suggestion for getting a loaner Lightwriter for a patient who has to send in her device for repair??

Her device is likely to be gone for about 2-3 months and I’m having trouble finding her a loaner type and talk device to use in the mean time.

She lives in Merced California. Any help welcome thanks!
