I had actually seen some stuff about this project well over a year ago.  It seems to be a very grass roots project.

http://www.eyewriter.org/ - when I looked at the website back then it was very “rough” but it looks like they are continuing to develop this – interesting.

 

I had actually read an article about this doctor a while ago as well – funny how they got connected.
