I have forwarded this disturbing message regarding a lack of responsiveness on to the past CEO of Prempke-Romich.
It would be good for all  the major AAC and SGD equipment manufacturers to be aware that service is an essential part of their business!.

Barry,
This is prob not in regards to Premke-Romich, but someone in your organization might want to respond.

Subject: need help for a colleague

Hello all,

I received a message from a colleague of mine and wondered if any of you had any information on how to help her.

Her email to me was:

I want to lodge a formal complaint to someone about the complete lack of customer service I have had with ---- (from Alisa--I purposely deleted that)  I have had 2 funding packages at the company since March and after a dozen calls and emails, I can't even get anyone  to acknowledge whether the files are even there! Besides many other issues with this company.  Any ideas?

Does anyone on this listserv know how to file a formal complaint against an AAC Company?

Thanks,
Alisa
